Strategic Partnership Manager
The Strategic Partnership Manager will oversee and optimize partnerships at Suss Ads. This role involves managing relationships with key accounts, ensuring seamless execution of ad campaigns, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of digital advertising.
The Strategic Partnership Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the partner's experience and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with clients, advertising partners, media agencies, and publishers.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and partners.
- Oversee the execution of partner-driven ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights to optimize results.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for partner operations, improving workflow and communication.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and best practices.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Track billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation with finance teams.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance partner experiences.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on partner-related processes.
